How to make more dance by doing less

We are searching for ways to go deeper into our collaborative choreographic process through focusing on some specific values including; nesting, just listening (on repeat), doing what we need, dancing to music, being with time, mind/body connection, personal rituals and following intuition in creation. We are finding new ways to art, to be with ourselves, each other, and an audience in hopes of creating a performance situation that forges a path for all to feel/find/settle into their own selves/bodies.
